Symposium 2023 - AGM
The 2023 SSEA Symposium weekend was held from Friday, November 3rd 2023 to Sunday, November 5th 2023.
The SSEA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Friday, November 3 at 7 pm Eastern Time, in conjunction with the 2023 Annual Symposium/Colloquium. A reception for those Members in attendance followed. The Notice with details follows.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Friday, November 3rd, 2023 @ 7:00 pm
Take notice that a Meeting of the Trustees of The Society for the Study of Egyptian Antiquities will be held BOTH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUALLY on Friday the 3rd (third) day of November, 2023 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. (seven in the evening), for the following purposes:
1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Friday, November 4th, 2022.
2. To receive the President’s address.
3. To receive and consider the annual financial report containing a balance sheet as of August 31, 2023 and a statement of income and expenditures for the period September1st 2022 – August 31st 2023, together with a report of the auditor.
4. To receive and consider the reports of the Committee Chairs and Chapter Representatives.
5. To elect Trustees and Officers.
6. To transact such further business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
